China's pharmaceutical retail chain pharmacy enterprises in the proportion of nearly half of the number,which requires the pharmaceutical management,pharmaceutical service level to continue to improve.Rising costs of pharmaceutical chain enterprises,the rise of pharmaceutical electricity supplier eroded the share of the physical market.With the rapid development of the Internet,electricity providers increasingly fierce competition,the implementation of the country's new version of GSP,tends to normalization of flight inspection,crisis ridden,always facing high pressure monitoring and even being investigated.This series of challenges,it is necessary to standardize the management of the enterprise,the operating system and other aspects of the system should be constantly updated to meet the needs of the market and consumers.However,as the field of medicine through the online and offline industry cable belt,chain business model itself is still a lot of problems,but also need to break through.The State Food and Drug Administration released data show that as of the end of 2015,the pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises 4981,under the jurisdiction of 204895 stores,retail pharmacies monomer 243162 retail pharmacies,448057 stores.Pharmaceutical chain business model to break through the space,how to get out of the new chain of pharmaceutical chain,in the service,experience,process,product lines and other segments of the more systematic operation is essential!Enterprise human resource is the first resource to promote the development of enterprises.Human resource is not only the necessary condition for the establishment of the pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises,but also determines the quality of the pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises and pharmaceutical service level.Pharmaceutical retail chain enterprise human resources management and pharmaceutical production enterprises,pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises and single pharmacy compared to more complex and specific,its headquarters and distribution center and chain stores on the allocation of human resources have different requirements.This paper studies the human resource management ofpharmaceutical retail chain enterprises,and establishes the effective human resource strategy.Human resource management is the key factor to cultivate the core competence of the enterprise.Through the human resource management,the core competence of the enterprise can be improved,and the market competitiveness of the enterprise will be enhanced.Through the elaboration of the talent development and management concept,introduction,theory and the development of talent management theory,analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of human resources of pharmaceutical chain enterprises;pharmaceutical chain enterprise environment are introduced,pointing out the main problems existing in the enterprise human resources development;the use of relevant theory and empirical specify feasible development strategies,from the introduction of design human resources,personnel training,the 4aspects of motivation,occupation career planning and construction,and puts forward some concrete countermeasures for implementation,management and control strategy for the development of chain pharmacies JDY personnel,in order to realize the sustainable development of the JDY chain pharmacies is long-term human infrastructure and personnel security.
