According to the definition of China Project Management Research Committee,multi-project management is a new management model;it is standing at the organizational level,the current organization of all projects in the planning,organization,implementation and control of project management.Multi-project management shifted research focus from individual projects to multiple projects,emphasizing a coherent relationship between projects,projects and organizations.The core of multi-project management is how to allocate between projects Resources,including funds,personnel,equipment and other resources,the management of the difficulty and complexity is higher than the general single project management.Multi-project human resource management is the management and distribution of human resources in a number of projects at the organizational level so that the best implementation of all projects can be achieved with the best project management and the best human resources.Multi-project human resource management is achieved through group management of portfolio management.The company's project team lacks the professional staffing program for Multi-Project,which needs to be improved.Multi-Project has its own characteristics,according to the previous team building is bound to exist in the management and composition of the lack of selection,the role of personnel should follow the standards of multiple,composite talents to arrange and recruitment,to participate in the project staff To carry out all aspects of training,so that project managers can control the progress of the project from the overall situation;grassroots project staff more professional to complete the basic work.The project team lacks effective incentives.Incentive means a single,not according to the progress of the project,personal work to set up reward goals,resulting in "egalitarianism" phenomenon,the project teammembers morale,did not give full play to their greatest ability,the lack of cohesion of the entire team.The project team lacks effective communication and coordination.Project managers and team members to communicate effectively the lack of capacity;communication channels are not smooth;lack of good communication and cultural atmosphere.This paper summarizes the research background,research significance,research methods and research ideas,and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad and the theory of multi-project management team construction.The paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the multi-project team,and then puts forward the main contents and core problems that will be studied.First,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the priority of the multi-project of the company,so as to determine the priority order of human resources.Then the model of the team construction of multi-project management is established,and the solution is put forward.And,a numerical example is given to demonstrate the validity and reliability of the research contents and methods,and to the correctness of the results.Analysis of the company's project management features,summary of the company's multi-project team construction status quo.The questionnaire survey was conducted on the status quo of the project team construction of the company.In order to ensure the reliability of the samples and the representativeness of the research results,we selected the four main items of the project department,the marketing department,the research and development department and the technical department of the company.Department staff conducted a project team building management questionnaire survey,thereby enhancing the representative of the sample and the effectiveness of research conclusions.Questionnaires are distributed in two ways,one is the printed version of the questionnaire,directly on the spot recycling;the other is the electronic version of the questionnaire,issued by e-mail and received.This study was assisted by colleagues in the relevant departments of the company,as far as possible in direct contact with the way,and the respondents completed the questionnaire on the spot to fill out.Construction of the company's multi-project team building model,the human resources can be properly configured to a multi-project toachieve the optimal allocation of human resources to achieve shorten the duration and improve the quality of the purpose of the project,and empirical analysis.Summarizes the principles,conclusions and applicable conditions of the multi-project human resources allocation.
