Research On Measurement Of Agricultural Production Efficiency In Western Regions Based On Low Carbon Agriculture Perspective

China is a large agricultural country.Agriculture occupies a strategic position in China and it makes the country stable and prosperous.It's development is closely related to national strength and people's livelihood.However,the extensive agricultural development model will eventually be difficult to sustain.Therefore,we must take the road of sustainable development.We must improve agricultural production efficiency,reduce environmental pollution and ecological damage while promoting agricultural development.Western region has a vast land,but the level of agricultural development is not high,which is the short board in the field of Chinese agricultural development.The paper measures the agricultural production efficiency based on the perspective of low-carbon agriculture in the western region and analyzes its influencing factors so that we can find out the reasons for the slow development of low-carbon agriculture in the western region,and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations according to the research results.The study founds that we can start from five aspects to improve the agricultural situation in the western region.First,we can improve the low-carbon agricultural legislation and policy system,formulate long-term development plan.Second,we can focus on the research and promotion of low-carbon agricultural technology,accelerate the transformation of agricultural development mode.Third,We should strengthen the training of knowledge and skills.Then we also should cultivate professional leaders by category.Fourth,we can speed up the land transfer to achieve large-scale agricultural operation.Fifth,we can strengthen the management of financial funds and optimize the allocation model of financial support for agriculture.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first chapter is the introduction.In this chapter,the author introduces the research background and the significance of this study,summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant research contents,shows the research contents and research methods of this paper and put forward the innovation and deficiency of this paper.The second chapter includes the concept definition and theoretical basis.Firstly,the paper introduces the concept of low-carbon agriculture,aricultural production efficiency,agricultural carbon emissions and agricultural carbon sequestration,then lists the theoretical basis.The third chapter is to measure the agricultural carbon emissions and agricultural carbon sequestration in the western region so that we can analyse its spatial and temporal characteristics and provide data support for the estimation of the following agricultural production efficiency.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of agricultural production efficiency based on the perspective of low-carbon agriculture in Western China.Firstly,the paper uses the SBM model to measure the agricultural production efficiency based on the perspective of low-carbon agriculturein in Western China,then analyzes it from of static aspect and dynamic aspect.The author offers a comprehensive display of agricultural development in Western china through the static analysis of technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and scale returns.The paper uses the Malmquist model to analyze the temporal evolution characteristics and growth sources of agricultural production efficiency,agricultural technical efficiency and agricultural technological progress in Western China.We can research on its development from the dynamic point of view by this way.In the fifth chapter,the paper compares the agricultural production efficiency in the western region,shows its spatial distribution characteristics and defines the types of low-carbon agriculture development of every province.In the sixth chapter,the paper carries on the regression analysis of the influential factor of agricultural production efficiency in western region to discover the methods of promoting agricultural development in Western China.In the seventh chapter,the paper summarizes the research results and puts forward policy recommendations to improve the development level of low-carbon agriculture in Western China.
