The project resource allocation management development of multi IT projects is the management of the whole life cycle of the IT projects.Specifically,it refers to the management,coordination of multiple projects at the same time.It is the management of the selection,evaluation,planning,implementation,control,as well as the closure of the work.Multi projects management should not only inherit the theory and method of project resource allocation management,but also to shift the focus from individual projects between internal multiple projects,and relationships between various departments and enterprises coordinated the project,and to solve the IT enterprise project delays and technical personnel to participate in multiple projects,repeated development the problem.The core of IT multi-project resource allocation management is how to coordinate the various departments in various projects to allocate resources reasonably to solve conflicts and realize the maximization of the interests of enterprises.The project start time,schedule,coordination time,resource constraints,cost constraints and other issues have become the factors affecting the progress of the project.The main content of this research project aims to adapt to the changing demands of the market under the condition of IT software enterprises or departments in the implementation of many parallel development projects,in order to optimize the allocation of resources,solve the conflict among projects,strengthening the project between communication and information sharing,better organization efficiency,the multi-project resource allocation management theory and put forward the enterprise multi-project parallel development model to achieve coordinated allocation of resources between projects.Finally a software R&D Center for the specific application background,detailed analysis of a department of the R&D center in the presence of parallel development of the multi-project problem,improvement strategy in view of the existing problems are specific.This paper hopes to provide help and reference for the majority of software companies through the study.
