| For a very long time,our country is always in the situation that there are more people and less land,which is a big challenge for our country.And recently as the growing of the national economy and the increase of the level of urbanization and industrialization,there are more and more land demanded to mountain and promote the economic growth.This trend has caused that a large number of cultivated land are occupied,which Aggravates the contradiction between people and land.In the production,cultivated land is the basic means of production.Constant occupying cultivated land will bring some of the threats to food security.Generally,there are two ways to guarantee the food security.One is to increase food production per unit of land by improving the quality of cultivated land.Another one is to replenish the cultivated land occupied by construction land to realize the increase of food production by increasing the amount of cultivated land.At this stage,the main resource and way to increase cultivated land is relying on the exploitation and utilization of the cultivated reserved land resources.However due to the different quality among different cultivated reserved land resources,it is needed to evaluate the comprehensive productivity of cultivated reserved land resources,which can provide the theoretical guidance and reference for the rational development of cultivated land reserve resources and can promote the better utilization of cultivated reserved land resources.In this paper,it chose the agricultural area of Diandong Karst Plateau as a case and used the QFD model and the Sum of Weighted Index model to calculate the comprehensive productivity of cultivated reserved land resources based on the QFD model.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)In the theory part,it expounded the definition of cultivated reserved land resources and classified the types of cultivated land reserve resources.It also analyzed the types,classification and spatial distribution of cultivated land reserve resources within the study area.(2)Based on cultivated land reserve resources characteristics and regional characteristics and following the principle of comprehensive,regional principle,the dominant principle,the principle of operability,easy-accessibility principles,it chose ecological condition,?10? accumulated temperature,soil pollution,drainage condition,soil depth and parent material conditions,terrain slope,soil texture,pH value and ease of cultivation as the evaluation index.It established the index system of the comprehensive productivity of cultivated reserved land resources from the angle of nature and social economy.(3)The area of cultivated reserved land resources is 3693.75 hectares,accounting for 0.41%of the total area of the agricultural area of Diandong karst plateau.The cultivated reserved land resources in this area are mainly distributed in Luoping Country and Shizong Country and relatively little in Fuyuan Country,respectively 51.89%,34.74%and 13.37%.The cultivated reserved land resources are mainly consisted by five types,including reclaimed other grass,reclaimed inland beach,reclaimed swamp,reclaimed bare land and reclaimed mining land,respectively accounting for 63.57%,3.59%,0.19%,27.28%and 5.38%.These resources are mainly distributed in south-central region.Compared to Shizong Country and Fuyuan Country,the distribution of cultivated reserved land resources in Luoping Country is concentrated.In this area,the land is broken and the number of cultivated reserved land resources whose slope,soil texture and parent material conditions are better is small.Distribution is relatively dispersed,it is not conducive to contiguous development,or waste development costs.(4)The evaluation results show that there are 3693.75 hectares cultivated reserved land resources in the agricultural area of Diandong Karst Plateau,consisted by 630.85 hectares first-class land,1593.10 hectares second-class land,1033.16 hectares third-class land and 436.65 hectares fourth-class land.They account for the total area of cultivated reserved land resources 17.08%,43.13%,27.97%,11.82%respectively.The development should be focused in Luoping County,mainly in the development of the second land-based.(5)According to the evaluation results,combined with the regional reality,initiatives are proposed from the perspectives of economy,technic,legal,administrate,social supervision and readjustments of land property rights to promote the rational utilization of cultivated reserved land resources in the agricultural area of Diandong Karst Plateau. |
