With digital storage,electron transfer and circulation,and network retrieval Tec technology widespread application,the function of the digital library of more,and become the knowledge of the various types of digital resources storage warehouse and intelligent retrieval center,but also because of copyright issues have been suspicion and censure.In library digital revolution,Google launched the electronic scanning of books,greatly save the production cost of the book,to improve the efficiency of its text reproduction,transfer,promoted the digital access and information sharing of literature,but also to the traditional library,the copyright in and writers have brought great influence and impact,into copyright dispute and benefit dispute between the parties.This paper is based on the research background of this paper,firstly in this paper,the digital copyright related theory,illustrates the applied to the game analysis of perspective and methods is introduced;And then introduces the Google case as an example,the digital library and clarified cases involving copyright issues;Then demonstrated between Google and libraries,publishers and authors by multilateral competition relations of cooperation,to explore various reasons of rights conflict,using the game theory and economics theory to interpret the rationality of harmonious coexistence;Finally from the perspective of game theory,economics,copyright control to realize copyright protection and information resource sharing is analyzed,a win-win countermeasure,thus cracking books resources under the network environment the copyright for trouble,maximize the sharing of knowledge resources.
