Purpose:To explore the clinical efficacy of percutaneous incisional healing in the treatment of rectal cancer with Miles.Material and method:Forty patients with rectal cancer who had randomized incisional incision were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n = 20).Perineum wound conventional disinfection,the treatment group in the perineum wound Yi Xiao Gao treatment,the amount of Yi Xiao Gao evenly applied to the perineum wound,to completely cover the entire wound for the degree,and then covered with a sterile dressing,sticky The control group in the perineal wound wet compress the new liquid treatment,each will be about 10 ml Rehabilitation liquid evenly spread on the disinfection gauze(thickness of about 4cm),the skin is fixed,the daily dressing once;)Wet on the wound,to completely cover the perineum wound for the degree,and then covered with sterile dressing,sticky tape fixed,dressing once a day.The two groups of treatment were 4 weeks,4 weeks after the observation of the two groups of clinical efficacy and wound healing time and other related indicators.Results: 1.In the treatment group,20 cases of postoperative perineal incision healed patients,15 cases were cured,markedly effective in 3 cases,improved in 1 case,ineffective in 1 case,the total effective rate was 90.5%;In the control group,20 cases of postoperative perineal incision healed patients,9cases were cured,markedly effective in 3 cases,improved in 4 cases,4 cases,the total effective rate was 80.0%.The results of the two groups were compared,after t test statistical analysis,the results: P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.The healing time of the perineal incision was(17-43)d in the treatment group and the average incision healing time was(22.65 ± 6.85)d;The healing time of the perineal incision was(25-59)d,the mean incision healing time was(35.00 ± 10.86)d,the average incision healing time between the two groups were compared,the results: P <0.05,the difference between the two,there is statistical significance.Conclusion:The effect of the synergistic cream on the treatment of rectal cancer Miles after incisional incision is more significant,perineal incision healing time is short,no other side effects,clinical application worthy of promotion.
