Background:There are obvious exudation of skin inflammation of chronic eczema is caused by a variety of internal and external factors,and is a common skin disease with severe itching,recurrent features,caused great distress to the patient’s life.Objective:To study the milli fire needle shallow puncture needle is director Guo Yufeng method commonly used in clinical treatment of chronic eczema,patients with clinical response is good,but the lack of data support,so I designed the clinical observation research,to clarify the clinical effect of the therapy of chronic eczema,with preliminary director Guo Yufeng using the milli fire needle shallow puncture needle for the treatment of chronic the experience of eczema.Research methods:The research object from July 2016 to April 2017 in Guanganmen Hospital of China Academy of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture clinic of 30 cases chronic eczema patients,own control methods used before and after use,filiform needle shallow needling lesion site,two times a week,for 4 weeks,collected for second days,and the end of all third days after treatment the data were evaluated before treatment comparison.Area and and(Eczema,Severity,EASI,Index)were used to evaluate the clinical symptoms and pruritus of the patients by means of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS).Result:1.Of the 30 patients,2 cases were cured(6.7%),13 cases were markedly effective(43.3%),15 cases improved(50%),0 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 100%.2.Before and after the treatment VAS score comparison,VAS score improved significantly(P<0.01),indicating the milli fire needle for the treatment of chronic eczema can significantly improve the degree of itching,3.Before treatment compared with the treatment of second base TX,VAS score decreased significantly(P<0.01),indicating the milli fire needle relieving chronic eczema itching faster onset time,treatment 1 days after onset.4.Second days of treatment and after treatment EASI score,compared with before treatment base,EASI score decreased steadily,significant difference(P<0.01),the end of treatment after second days and compared the EASI score(P<0.01),there was significant difference,indicating the milli fire needle treatment of chronic eczema was sustainable.The improvement of EASI score in patients with.5.Before and after treatment compared to the lesion area integral decreased,there was significant difference(P<0.01),indicating the milli fire needle for the treatment of chronic eczema patients can significantly reduce the lesion area.6.Treatment before and after treatment compared to the base,the severity of the lesions improved,there was significant difference(P<0.01),indicating the milli fire needle for the treatment of chronic eczema patients can obviously reduce the severity of lesions.7.Second days of treatment and treatment of the VAS,VAS scores increased significantly(P<0.01),show that the milli fire needle antipruritic effect after surgery,but there will be some repeated.8.There was no significant difference in the severity of lesions and the area of lesions between 1 days before treatment and second days(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment of two days could not improve the severity of lesions and the area of lesions.Conclusion:The milli fire needle shallow puncture needle is a new type of fire chief physician Guo Yufeng,based on the traditional fire needle therapy on the clinical trial,through feedback,the modified fixed form needling method,has high working efficiency and high security advantages.This therapy can relieve itching and repair skin lesions at the same time.It can quickly relieve pain and reduce medical costs.It is safe and reliable and worth popularizing.
