Clinical Study Of Eczema Gel In The Treatment Of Chronic Eczema

Objective:To study a more safer and effectively treatment method for the clinical treatment of chronic eczema, we observerd the eczema gel in the treatment of chronic eczema efficacy and safety.Methods:The research objects on this study are all from the patients who see a doctor in the second affiliated hospital Hunan University of Chinese Medicine. And all of the patients met the diagnostic criteria of chronic eczema.108patients with chronic eczema were divided randomly into eczema gel treatment group (36cases), dehumidification itching ointment control group1(36cases) and Halometasone control group2(36cases). The treatment group wiped eczema gel, the control group1wiped dehumidification itching ointment,the control group2wiped Halometasone.One course was lastd for two weeks.during the treatment,we observed the clinical symptoms and sign,itching working time and lesion turnaround time and safety and recurrence rate at the first,the second and the third month by using statistical method for threapeutic effect evalution after the two courses.Results:After a full treatment of four weeks,the total effective rate in treatment group was91.7%. dehumidification itching ointment control group was83.4%, Halometasone control group was75%. There was significant difference in total effective rate between treatment group and two control group. Three groups of patients before and after treatment of itching, skin lesions form, lesion area, differences were statistically significant.Meanwhile,there was statistically significance on the improvement of pruritus, lesion area, erythema, papules, scratches, moss samples,the treatment group was best than any other group. But there was no statistically significance on the improvement of the other clinical features. After3months of follow-up, The recurrence rate treatment group was obviously lower than both the control groups. At the last, through close clinical observation, and comparison the blood, urine, stool, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram detection before treatment and after treatment, we found eczema gel was safe for the patients.Conclusion:It has definite therapeutic effect that eczema gel on the treatment of chronic eczema which is superior to the dehumidification itching ointment control group and Halometasone control group.there is remarkable effect in lightening the clinical symptoms,repairing the damage skin signs,reducing the recurrence rate,ect.and medication safety,no side effects,which is worth for further clinical application...
