ObjectiveIn this study,students with sleep disorders and non sleep disorders of college students as the subjects,Using Imaginery Working as intervention measures,In this study,EEG was used to test the operation process of all the subjects for Imaginery Working,and the EEG power spectrum of the subjects was observed in real time,compare the power values of the 4 bands at different training stages and different brain regions,The spatial characteristics of EEG changes were analyzed to explore the effect of Imaginery Working on sleep quality and provide experimental basis for clinical application.Methods1.Group:76 college students were enrolled in the study.Among them,there were more than 38 people with sleep disorders,which were divided into experimental group and control group,each group had a total of 19 people,38 students with non sleep-disorder were divided into experimental group and control group,each group had a total of 19 people.2.Intervention method(1)Experimental groupImaginery Working:According to the requirements of experimental psychology and on the basis of previous experiments,this study designs three themes of artistic conception:I’m walking in the rose bushes;The spring sun is warming my body;Every pore of mine is free to breathe.The frequency of intervention:1 week of centralized training,a total of 2 times/week,a total of 60 minutes/times;counseling training for 4 weeks,a total of 3 times/week,30 minutes/time;independent training for 4 weeks,1 times/day.(2)Control groupParallel blank control method.The subjects in the control group do not participate in any stage of the training of the Imaginery Working,and did not know any operation process and content of the Imaginery Working,However,they should be trained to understand the process of testing and the matters needing attention,only to participate in the experiment with the experimental group in parallel to ensure the smooth progress of the experiment3.Detection method and indexThis study adopts two-way synchronous design and inside and outside the topic correlation detection method of the original group,which is the internal operation how many links,there are many external detection links,external detection make the inner operation of each link of the thinking process has its corresponding.Uesed by Neuroscan company of America Nuamps 40 channel EEG/ERP signal recording and analysis system,supporting the operation of the software for the Curry-7 acquisition software,synchronous detection process of Imaginery Working in all subjects,real-time observation of the subjects in the different training phase of the EEG power spectrum changes,compare the power values of the 4 bands at different training stages and different brain regions.Analyze the spatial characteristics of EEG changes in space.Results1.Spatial distribution of EEG in sleep disorders and non sleep disordersThe difference of power values between the Delta and alpha bands in the patients with sleep disorders and those with non sleep disorders was significantly different than that in the theta and beta bands,Therefore,Delta and alpha waves may be important factors associated with sleep.The power values of the two groups were significantly different in the right prefrontal FP2,right fronto temporal FT8,PZ,OZ,right occipital 02 lead in the Delta and alpha bands(P<0.05),And the lower power values of the right side of the brain.The difference of power value of theta band and beta band is less,but the power frequency of theta is lower,and the beta band power value is higher.2.Comparison of 4 bands in different groups of subjects with sleep disorders after intervention in the two groups.After the training of Imaginery Working,on the whole,the power value of theta and alpha bands in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.But the power value of delta and beta bands in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.The brain regions of the delta and theta bands were mainly distributed in the forehead,fronto temporal,parietal and occipital regions.The brain regions of alpha and beta bands were mainly distributed in the forehead,the left and right temporal,parietal and occipital regions。At the same time,the power value of alpha band increases from occipital area to forehead.3.Comparison of 4 bands in different groups of subjects with sleep disorders and non sleep disordersSubjects with sleep disorders and those with non sleep disorders who had been treated with Imaginery Working,Sleep disturbance in the Delta,theta,alpha,beta band overall power value are higher than those without sleep disorders,However,in the left occipital region of the T5 lead,the sleep disorder of the beta band power value is low,The differences of the bands in the theta and theta bands were mainly in the frontal area,the left fronto temporal region,the parietal region,the left and right lateral occipital temporal regions,The bands of alpha and beta bands were mainly found in the left and right prefrontal cortex,the right and left temporal regions,the right and left temporal regions,the parietal region,the left and right occipital temporal regions and the left occipital region.Conclusions1.The specific performance of sleep disorders are difference of non sleep disorders,resting state operation of sleep disorders when psychological stress,brain quiet low level,active operation ability is weak,and not in a healthy state of relaxation,a brain function state and attention degree is lower than the ordinary.2.The conception of Imaginery Working training helps to eliminate distractions,therefore,with the extension of training time,through the thinking operation to eliminate distractions,realize the static state by aligning Qigong,to achieve the "one generation still" mental state,thereby improving sleep.And in the improvement of sleep,the mood of the sleep disorders are more sensitive than those who do not sleep disorders.3.Imaginery Working can improve sleep,its EEG effects are reflected in the high power of Delta,theta,alpha band on the forehead,parietal,Cognitive or sensory effects induced by the Imaginery Working may be related to the response of different functional areas evoked by different assignments...
