Therapeutic Effect Of Desensitization Pingchuan Granule On Allergic Rhinitis-asthma Syndrome

Objective:The incidence of allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome which has increased year by year,is becoming a global health problem.The existing methods of diagnosis and treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine still have many drawbacks,resulting in repeated attacks of the disease.Desensitization Pingchuan Granule is an experience prescription from Chinese medicine master professor Wang Qi in the treatment of allergic rhinitis asthma syndrome.This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the desensitization adjustment body granule through randomized controlled trials in the treatment of CARAS,and provide confirmatory evidence for the further clinical application.Methods:Collect 60 patients in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from May,2016 to February,2017,corresponded to the Western diagnosis standard of department of respiration clinic,allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome in acute or chronic duration stage,and the condition is mild and moderate.Besides,it is belong to lung heat stagnation syndrome in TCM syndrome type.Methods:A randomized,controlled study was carried out and divided into treatment group and control group according to the proportion of 1:1.The control group were treated with treatment of Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation and Montelukast Sodium Tablets.The treatment group added the Desensitization Pingchuan Granule on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,two groups of patients were collected TCM syndrome score,pulmonary function test and safety indicators.The ACT scores were collected before and 4 weeks after treatment.Data results using Microsoft Excel database,using SPSS 21.0 for statistical analysis.Results:In the overall efficacy of Chinese medicine,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86%,while the control group was 73.08%,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).In the single TCM symptom score,the treatment group decreased wheezing,chest tightness,nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing,throat itching,eye itching individual score better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two group in cough,runny nose,cough symptom scores had no significant difference(P>0.05).In the treatment of rhinitis,the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.43%,and that of the control group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate was 50%.In terms of ACT,there were 2 completely controlled cases,21 partly controlled cases and 5 uncontrolled cases in the treatment group.While in the control group,there were no completely control cases,15 partly controlled cases and 11 uncontrolled cases.After treatment,compared the data between two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In Pulmonary function,the PEF(%)of control group increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in FEV1(%),FVC(%),FEV1/FVC.While in the treatment group,the FEV1(%),PEF(%)increased significantly(P<0.05).There is no significant difference(P>0.05)in the FVC(%),FEV1/FVC compared with before treatment.After treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group is better in FEV1(%)(P<0.05).While in FVC(%),PEF(%),FEV1/FVC,there had no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Desensitization and asthma can effectively relieve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis and asthma,improve lung function,improve ACT score,improve the quality of life of patients,improve the comprehensive efficacy.At the same time,blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function test before and after treatment showed no significant change,no adverse reactions during treatment,can be widely used in clinical.
