Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Combined With Qingfei Desensitization Decoction In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis Of Heat Fu Lung Type

Background: Allergic rhinitis is a nasal mucosal non-infectious inflammatory disease mediated by IgE after exposure to an allergen.According to the syndrome differentiation of TCM,the most common type of syndrome is the type of pulmonary stagnation,and the incidence of this type is increasing year by year.The current clinical cure is still a difficult problem.Western medicine anti-allergy desensitization treatment,although rapid effect,but long-term use has greater side effects,and drug resistance dependence is more serious.Traditional Chinese medicine uses the rule of clearing the lungs for desensitization.For example,the Qingfei desensitization soup selected in this paper,both internal and external,and Fuzheng Guben,is a typical example.According to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,we believe that this type has the heat of the lungs and the stagnation of the wind,and the complexities of the wind and the heat of the complex,the two causes,the heavy resistance in the lungs,and the dryness in the lungs.In related research reports,it is also clear that yang is lost in the whole process of the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.Therefore,the current academic consensus is that for allergic rhinitis in the lungs,on the one hand,attention should be paid to clearing the lungs through volts and heat,on the other hand,attention should be paid to Tongli yang,and both sides need to dredge the lungs.Lee lungs.Based on this,we used the method of acupuncture Tongyang active collaterals to open the nasal sputum,and cooperated with Qingfei desensitization decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of the lungs,and compared with western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine group.Provide a reference for the improvement of treatment.Objective: To study the efficacy of Montelukast sodium,Qingfei desensitization soup and acupuncture combined with Qingfei desensitization decoction in the treatment of pulmonary hyperthermia allergic rhinitis,and to evaluate the safety of combination therapy for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.The dialectical treatment of drug combination therapy provides a reference basis.Methods: 102 patients with pulmonary hyperthermia-induced allergic rhinitis were enrolled in the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017.They were divided into three groups according to the random number table.The first group was the western medicine group(34 cases),the second group was the Chinese medicine group(34 cases),and the third group was the acupuncture group(34 cases).The western medicine group was treated with Montelukast sodium alone.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Qingfei Desensing Decoction alone.The acupuncture group was selected from the Tongyang,Hegu,Hegu,Quchi and Yingxiang point groups.,with Qingfei desensitization soup.The observation period is two weeks.At the end of the observation,the frequency of symptoms and signs,the total scores of symptoms and signs,the total effective rate after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the three groups.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in the frequency of quantification of symptoms and signs between the three groups of patients with allergic rhinitis.(P>0.05).Before the treatment,the symptoms and signs of the three groups of patients with hyperthermia rhinitis after treatment were quantified.The frequency was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,the frequency of symptom and physical signs was better after treatment,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the total scores of symptoms and signs between the three groups of patients with allergic rhinitis.(P>0.05).Before treatment,the symptoms and signs of the three groups of patients with pulmonary allergic rhinitis after treatment were compared.The scores were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,the total scores of symptoms and signs were lower after treatment,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P>0.05).Compared with the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,the total effective rate was higher after treatment,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)None of the patients in the Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group had adverse reactions,while in the western medicine group,1 patient developed throat discomfort,1 patient developed headache,and 1 patient developed lethargy.The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.82%(3/34).And all adverse reactions are self-improving.Conclusion:(1)The effect of Tongyang Huoxuo Kaipi acupuncture combined with Qingfei Desensing Decoction in the treatment of pulmonary hyperthermia allergic rhinitis was significantly better than that of Qingfei desensitization soup or Montelukast sodium alone.(2)Acupuncture and medicine for the treatment of pulmonary hyperthermia allergic rhinitis can effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs,such as nasal swelling,nasal congestion,runny nose,sneezing and nasal itching,and no adverse reactions and side effects,it is worthy of popularization and application..
