| Objective: To investigate the rehabilitation exercise joint Linguishugan flavored soup Cys-C in rats with heart failure and ventricular remodeling.Methods: 90 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: model group,rehabilitation group,rehabilitation group and control group.The rats were randomly divided into four groups: model group,rehabilitation group,The cardiac function,cardiac structure and Cys-C content of the rats in each group were compared with those of the control group.Results: There were significant differences in the cardiac function(EF? FS)between the model group,the rehabilitation exercise group,the Linggui group and the athletic Lingling group compared with the blank control group(P<0.05);There were significant differences in cardiac function,cardiac structure(LV,IVS,LVPM)between the rehabilitation group,the Linggui group and the athletic Lingling group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were significant differences in cardiac function,cardiac structure and Cys-C level between the two groups(P <0.05).Compared with the pure rehabilitation exercise group and Linggui group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Rehabilitation exercise combined with Wei Ling Guizhi Gan Tang can effectively enhance the heart function of heart failure rats;2.Rehabilitation exercise combined with Wei Ling Guizhi Gan Tang to improve the ventricular remodeling in rats with heart failure,the prognosis;3.Rehabilitation exercise combined with Wei Ling Guizhi Gan Tang can reduce the mortality of heart failure rats and improve the survival status of heart failure rats;4.Rehabilitation exercise combined with Wei Ling Gui Guigan Decoction can effectively reduce the level of Cys-C in rats with heart failure,so as to provide new guiding significance for diagnosis and prognosis of CHF. |
