Objective:The high mortality rate,re-hospitalization rate, and low quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure?CHF?are receiving more and more attention. This study analyzed metastatic analysis of the Left ventricular ejection fraction?LVEF?,peak oxygen uptake?peakVO2?,anaerobic threshold?AT?,mortality,re-hospitalization rate in patients with CHF by meta-analysis.Methods:The databases of CNKI,Wanfang Med online,Sinomed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Pubmed were searched. The search period was limited to January 2000 to May 2018,and randomized controlled trials only. The quality of studise was measured using the PEDro scale.Evaluate and perform a meta-analysis of the data using review manager 5.3.A funnel plot was drawn to examine the published bias of the literature.A heterogeneity test was performed on the results of each included study, and a subgroup analysis of exercise intensity and age was performed. Results:A total of 5,412 related articles were retrieved, and 22 studies were finally included in the screening, including 19 English articles and 3 Chinese articles. The meta-analysis showed that the LVEF,peakVO2 and AT in the exercise rehabilitation group were higher than those in the conventional treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant. In the subgroup analysis named age subgroup analysis, exercise rehabilitation in the middle-aged group and the younger group significantly improved LVEF,but the difference between the exercise group and the conventional treatment group was not significant. The improvement effect of peakVO2 and AT in the middle-aged group was clear, but the younger age group failed to obtain effective results. In the exercise intensity subgroup, rehabilitation exercise with different exercise intensity can benefit patients with CHF,and there is a tendency to increase with the increase of exercise intensity. The cardiovascular-related mortality rate in the exercise rehabilitation group was 5.78%,and the re-hospitalization rate was 17.12%,while the cardiovascular mortality and re-hospitalization rates in the conventional treatment group were 9.38%and 27.05%.Conclusion:Exercise rehabilitation can improve cardiopulmonary function in patients with chronic heart failure and reduce cardiovascular-related mortality and rehospitalization rates.
