Object The aim of this study was to assess the effect of cardiac rehabilitation cardiopulmonary exercise testing in patients who diagnosed chronic heart failure.Methods This study was conducted on 44 patients who was diagnosed as chronic heart failure.all the patients were divided randomly into two groups.There’s 22 patiens in each group.We treated patients in experimental group not only by general therapy,but also by rehabilitation training for 3months.All the patients in control group were treated by general therapy for 3 months.The patients received cardiopulmonary exercise testing both before and after the rehabilitation program.The outcome data were analyzed using the SPSS.Result Max load in experimental group before the trial:94.65±24.89 W,after the trial:102.6±26.74W;METs before the trial:4.75±1.01,after the trial:5.24±1.23;VO2max/kg before the trial:15.87±3.91 ml/kg,after the trial:17.69±3.81 ml/kg;V02/HR before the trial:10.44±2.79 ml/beat,after the trial:11.29±2.70ml/beat;MVV before the trial:86.50±28.37 L/min,after the trial:89.20±29.47L/min;VO2max before the trial:1.27±0.35 l/min,after the trial:1.34±0.36 l/min,P<0.05,there were statistically significant differences。METs in control group before the trial:4.37±1.09,after the trial:4.55±1.07;VO2max/kg before the trial:14.58±3.51 ml/kg,after the trial:15.23±3.87ml/kg,P<0.05,there were statistically significant differences。We compared the differences between before and after the trial in experimental group with in control group。The difference of Max load in experimental group: 7.95±6.57 W,Max load in control group :-0.1±6.37W;The difference of METs in experimental group :0.49±0.50,in control group:0.15±0.29;The difference of VO2max/kg in experimental group: 1.82±1.14 ml/kg,in control group:0.61±0.82ml/kg;the difference of V02max/HR in experimental group:0.86±0.85ml/beat,in control group:0±0.68ml/kg;the difference of MVV in experimental group :2.70±2.94L/min,in control group:-0.50±3.14L/min;the differences of weight in experimental group :-1.64±3.04 kg,in control group:0.11±1.33 kg,P<0.05,there were statistically significant differences.We compared effective rates of both group in the parameters we mentioned before。The effective rate of loss weight in experimental group was higher than in control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Cardiac rehabilitation is effectiveon improving the heart-lung function of cardiac failure patients.Conclusions Conventional treatment and cardiac rehabilitation treatment was better than conventional treatment in improving chronic heart failure patients with heart and lung function. |
