Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris With Hyperlipidemia And Internal Stenosis Syndrome With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: To observe the drink HUO TAN HUA YU FANG treatment of coronary artery disease with stable angina pectoris and the clinical effect of hyperlipidemia.Methods: 60 cases of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris in patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group and 30 cases of the control group.Two group patients with conventional treatment: The control group given isos orbide mononitrate dispersible tablets,aspirin,tartaric acid metoprolol,atorvastatin calcium tablet and so on,the treatment group in the conventional treatment based on prescriptions Given to drink HUO TAN HUA YU FANG for 4 weeks.Observed before and after symptoms,Chinese medicine symptoms,stop by the lipid and blood,urine,liver function,renal function,such as changes in safety indicators.Results: The treatment group and control group total effective rate of angina pectoris curative effect wer e 93.2% and 89.9%,respectively(P < 0.05);The treatment group,control group total effective rate of electrocardiogram improvement were 83.3%,73.3%(P < 0.05);Treatment group and control group of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect efficient were 93.3%,86.6%;Treatment group blood lipid improvement is better than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions: 1.HUO TAN HUA YU FANG can improve coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris patients with hyperlipidemia with clin ical symptoms,ECG ischemia,has good resistance to angina,and coronary heart disease(CHD)medical conventional treatment with western medicine has the synergy,can significantly improve the clinical curative effect.2.HUO TAN HUA YU FANG has certain li pid effect,can reduce coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris patients with hyperlipidemia with TC,TG,LDL-C.
