Treatment group (Chinese traditional medicine group) to gout ning oral liquid joint sweet golden yellow powder, the control group (western medicine group) to colchicine and helped him Lin ointment, treatment two weeks, analysis condition before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and signs, blood uric acid (BUA), inflammatory index (blood WBC count, ESR, CRP), security index (BUN, Cr, ALT, AST), adverse reactions, such as follow-up recurrence dynamic change, explore gout ning oral liquid with sweet even golden powder therapy clinical effectiveness and safety of acute gouty arthritis.Results:(1)Two groups before treatment in patients with baseline data by statistical analysis, comparable (P> 0.05)(2)Two groups overall drug treatment, the total effective rate in treatment group was 86.7%, the control rate of 60%, control group was 83.3%, the control rate of 43.3%; The total effective rate between groups was no significant difference (P> 0.05), the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group can be effective in treatment of acute gouty arthritis, but Chinese medicine group is superior to western medicine group accused of penetrance.(3)Two groups of drugs on lowering blood uric acid had significant difference (P< 0.05); Traditional Chinese medicine can significantly reduce the blood uric acid (P< 0.05); The western medicine group have no obvious of lowering blood uric acid (P>0.05).(4)Inflammatory index comparison, the blood of the two groups after treatment the WBC count, CRP, ESR were significantly lower than before treatment (P< 0.05), in which the blood WBC count compared between groups, no significant difference (P> 0.05). CRP, ESR compared between groups had significant difference (P< 0.05), Chinese medicine group obviously superior to western medicine group.(5)The comparison of safety index, liver and kidney function before and after treatment in treatment group (ALT, AST, Cr, BUN) no significant difference (P> 0.05); Control group kidney function had significant difference before and after the treatment (P< 0.05); Liver and kidney function is compared between groups have obvious difference (P< 0.05).(6)Compare the incidence of adverse reactions,the treatment group was 6.07%, while the control group was 33.4%. Compared the two groups had significant difference (P< 0.05), Chinese medicine group is superior to western medicine group.(7)Follow-up recurrence rate comparison, the former was no significant difference between two groups (P> 0.05); 3 months after comparing the two groups have significant difference (P< 0.05), Chinese medicine improve the clinical symptoms of the forward curative effect is superior to western medicine group.Conclusion:Gout ning oral liquid joint sweet even golden powder in treatment of acute gouty arthritis with colchicine and helped him Lin ointment had no significant difference, and the curative effect is almost similar, can obviously reduce the blood uric acid and inflammatory index (blood WBC count, CRP, ESR), no significant liver and kidney damage, less adverse reaction, high security,follow-up recurrence rate is low, the long-term curative effect of optimistic, is a safe and effective treatment of acute gouty arthritis,shows that Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of gouty arthritis, worthy of TCM further mining. |
