| Objective:to observe and evaluate the calendar quarter gout granule in treatment of acute gouty arthritis (damp and hot accumulate knot type) of clinical efficacy and safety, to develop safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acute gouty arthritis particle theory basis.Methods:collected in accordance with damp and hot accumulate knot type acute gouty arthritis patients 60 cases, treatment group 30 cases, treated with Chinese medicine section through the gout grain; The control group,30 cases with gout capsule treatment. Both groups in 7 days, for 1 course of treatment, were observed before and after treatment of lesions in joint pain, joint tenderness and joint symptoms of acute inflammation, joint activities obstacles, the total score, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein, blood uric acid value, the score after processing and statistical method, comprehensive evaluation of curative effect, and make evaluation of security, the recurrence rate.Results:(1) treatment group and control group patients before treatment in gender, age, infection time and TCM syndrome total score, blood uric acid, blood sedimentation, C-reactive protein compared with no statistical significance (P>0.05).(2) treatment group for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis clinical effective rate was 86.67%, the control of acute gouty arthritis clinical effective rate was 63.33%, comparing the two groups have significant difference (P<0.05).(3) the treatment group and control group after treatment efficacy indicators to carry on the comparison between the two groups, the results show that in addition to the joint swelling integral and joint activities obstacles (P> 0.05), the treatment group and control group after treatment in the integral joint pain, joint tenderness symptom integral, total score difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).(4) the treatment group before and after treatment the blood uric acid, C-reactive protein and blood sedimentation changes have significant difference, compared with statistical significance (P<0.05). The control group before and after treatment the blood uric acid, C-reactive protein and blood sedimentation changes have significant difference, compared with statistical significance (P<0.05). The laboratory indexes in the two groups after treatment, the treatment group and control group in blood uric acid, C-reactive protein and blood sedimentation have significant difference, statistically significant (P<0.05).(5) in the control group 1 with mild, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea,1 week after drug withdrawal symptoms disappear, will not affect the experiment. The treatment group does not appear harmful response.Conclusion:through the section gout granule can effectively improve acute gouty arthritis, joint pain, joint tenderness and joint disorder, acute inflammation, joint activities and can reduce the blood uric acid value, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein, the overall efficacy of the treatment of acute gouty arthritis is better than that of gout capsule, in this section shows that through the gout granule is an effective prescription to treat gout, and calendar quarter gout granule in the treatment process less adverse reaction, high safety. |
