Effect Of Jieyu Anshen Decoction Combined With Psychological Intervention On Negative Emotion, Quality Of Life And Immune Function In Patients With Advanced Lung Cancer

Objective:To observe the effect of Jieyu Anshen Decoction combined with psychological intervention on negative emotion,quality of life and immune function in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:A total of 60 cases of advanced lung cancer patients with Syndrome of liver depression qi stagnation were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases,30cases in the control group.All the patients meet the inclusion criteria.treatment group was treated by Jieyu Anshen Decoction,psychological intervention and conventional symptomatic treatment,the control group were given psychological intervention plus routine symptomatic treatment.Psychological intervention once a day,every 30minutes one day.Observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect after 28 days.The scores of TCM syndrome,psychological status score(self rating Anxiety Scale and self rating Depression Scale),immune function(NK cell,T cell subsets),quality of life score(QLQ-C30)were used as the indicators.Statistical analysis using SPSS19.0software statistical processing.Results:After treatment,the treatment group was significantly improved and the patients in the control group of TCM syndrome score,anxiety and depression were significantly better than the control group,treatment group and control group KPS,quality of life score were improved compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group than the control group.There were significant differences in the number of NK,CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+cells between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Jieyu Anshen Decoction Combined with psychological intervention on the negative emotion,immune function and quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer was more obvious than that of psychological intervention alone.
