| Objective : Influence of degree and time of taking Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tabelets’ s advanced cancer patients with cancer pain constipation caused by observation of preventive oral Wenshen Runchang decoction,evaluating the curative effect of this therapy in clinic,provide preliminary clinical evaluation for effective prescription of traditional Chinese medicine to further explore the prevention of cancer pain patients with constipation caused by Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tabelets.Methods : 60 cases of tumor of cancer patients Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tabelets treatment,were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 30 cases treated with Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tabelets pain treatment,the experimental group of 30 cases treated with Wenshen Runchang decoction combined with Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tabelets,to observe 14 days,compared with two groups of the first time,constipation constipation severity,clinical score,quality of life Karnofsky score,pain control degree.Results spss19.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the results.Results: There was no significant difference in gender,age,disease type,stage,cancer pain,card score and clinical quality of life(QOL)in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the experimental group compared with control group,the two group constipation time difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),two groups of constipation in different time,in a time of the experimental group had constipation for 11 days,the control group the median time for constipation for 6.5 days,in the experimental group the time delay of constipation is better than the control group.The two groups were statistically significant differences in the severity of constipation(P<0.05),shows that there are two groups of difference in the severity of constipation,the proportion of severe constipation in the experimental group was 20%,the proportion of severe constipation in the control group was 56.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the two groups did not appear constipation ratio of control group 33.33%,the experimental group was 60%,there was significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05),the result shows that the experimental group than in the control group can improve the degree of constipation.In the improvement of clinical symptoms,the scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups in the control of cancer pain,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Wenshen Runchang decoction can obviously prolong the Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tabelets in the treatment of patients with advanced tumor patients with cancer pain constipation and reduce constipation severity,had no effect on improving the quality of life of patients and Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tabelets control cancer pain,it is worthy of clinical application. |
