Study On The Characteristics Of Infrared Heat Map Of "three Meridians And One Acupoint" In The Abdomen Of Phlegm-dense People

Objective:The research by observing phlegm-dampness constitution crowds’characteristics in Infrared Image in the spleen channel of foot-taiyin, stomach channel of foot-yangming, Ren meridian and point RN12 in abdominal area. Compared with mild constitution crowds, to find the regularity. Exploring if the Infrared Image can be an evaluation tool for identification of constitution, and give some thought to clinical treatment.Methods:Statistic analysis the main factors and sub-factors in phlegm-dampness constitution crowds by Constitution in Chinese medicine questionnaire>from<TCM constitution classification and determination>, searching for the body surface location regional performance characteristics. The volunteers were randomly divided into Phlegm-dampness Constitution group and mild constitution group with each 30 volunteers. Choosing the spleen channel of foot-taiyin、stomach channel of foot-yangming, Ren meridian and point RN12 in abdominal area as observation regional in Infrared Image. Using medical thermal imaging diagnosis system, take Infrared Image, by Medical Infrared Professional Analysis Software. Compare the corresponding temperature data and the corresponding changes in the distribution of hot spots. Through SPSS 17.0 statistical software analysis, summarizes the features in the Infrared Image on abdominal meridian acupoints among phlegm-dampness constitution crowds.Result:(1)The result of between group control study of the spleen channel of foot-taiyin’s △ t between Phlegm-dampness Constitution group and mild constitution group; left:P=0.000 (P<0.01), there was statistical significance; right:P=0.000(P<0.01), there was statistical significance; So there was significant difference between phlegm-dampness constitution group and mild constitution group on the spleen channel of foot-taiyin’s △ t.(2)The result of between group control study of the stomach channel of foot-yangming’s △ t between phlegm-dampness constitution group and mild constitution group; left:P=0.000 (P<0.01), there was statistical significance; right:P=0.001 (P<0.01), there was statistical significance; So there was significant difference between phlegm-dampness constitution group and mild constitution group on the stomach channel of foot-yangming’s △ t.(3)The result of between group control study of the Ren meridian’s △ t between phlegm-dampness constitution group and mild constitution group; P=0.006 (P<0.01), there was statistical significance; So there was significant difference between phlegm-dampness constitution group and mild constitution group on the Ren meridian’s △ t.(4)The result of within group control study on the abdominal three meridian’s △ t of mild constitution group; left:P=0.212 (P>0.05), there was no statistical significance; right:P=0.089 (P>0.05), there was no statistical significance;So there was no significant difference between the abdominal three meridian’s △ t of mild constitution group.(5)The result of within group control study on the abdominal three meridian’s △ t of phlegm-dampness constitution group, Left:P=0.032 (P<0.05), there was statistical significance the spleen meridian compared with the stomach meridian and the Ren meridian, P=0.000 (P <0.01), there was significant difference; The stomach meridian compared with Ren meridian, P=0.948(P>0.05), there was no statistical significance. Right:P=0.000(P<0.01), there was statistical significance, the spleen meridian compared with the stomach meridian and the Ren meridian, P=0.000 (P<0.01), there was significant difference; The stomach meridian compared with Ren meridian, P=0.480 (P>0.05), there was no statistical significance. (6)Compared with the △ t between point RN12 and stomach in two groups, P=0.000 (P<0.01), there was statistical significance and there was significant difference.Conclusion:(1)The temperature in the spleen channel of foot-taiyinin abdominal area of phlegm-dampness constitution group is higher than the mild constitution group; For phlegm-dampness constitution group, the spleen meridian’s temperature is higher than the stomach meridian and Ren meridian, both the stomach meridian and Ren meridian’s temperature are lower than mild constitution group, there was no significant difference.(2) The temperature of RN12 is higher than the area of stomach in Infrared Image of the phlegm-dampness constitution group.(3)The temperature of the meridian in abdominal region and point RN12, has some reference value in TCM phlegm-dampness constitution’s identification.(4)Infrared thermography has some reference value in TCM phlegm-dampness constitution’s identification.
