Effect Of Tongxie Yaofang Combined With Rabeprazole On IL-2 And IL-6 In Patients With Gastric Ulcer With Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome And Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the efficacy of TongXieYaoFang (TXYF) variation with Rabeprazole Sodium (RS) on liver stagnation and spleen deficiency gastric ulcer (GU) patients, and effection on serum IL-2 and IL-6. To investigate the possible role mechanism and the action of IL-2、IL-6 on the pathogenesis of GU and its clinical significance.Methods:60 cases of patients with liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome of GU were divided into two groups randomly. The control group used standard triple therapy for eradication of Hp after 2 weeks, continue taking RS 4 weeks. The treatment group used the same treatment programs with control group and used the TXYF treatment for 6 weeks. To observe the clinical curative effect after treatment, syndrome integral change, eradication of Hp, ulcer recurrence rate in half a year and adverse reaction. Detection the levels of serum IL-2 and IL-6 before and after treatment, and compared with 15 normal human.Results:1. Gastroscope efficacy:treatment group compared with the control group, no significant difference (P>0.05)2. The efficacy of TCM syndrome:the curative rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group were higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).3. The comparison of TCM syndrome score:comparison within group, each group of syndrome total score and every syndrome integral score are significantly lower than that before treatment, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Comparison between groups, after treatment, treatment group total score and each syndrome scores were lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05)4. The efficacy of Hp eradication:Two groups of Hp eradication rate comparison, no significant difference (P>0.05):after six months, the recurrence rate of treatment group was lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05)5. The changes of serum IL-2 and IL-6:Two groups of patients before treatment, IL-2 decreased significantly, IL-6 increased significantly, the difference was significant compared with normal group (P<0.05). After treatment, the treatment group was close to normal group, no significant difference (P>0.05).While the control group after treatment, compared with the normal group and the treatment group, there are still significant differences (P<0.05)6. The recurrence rate of gastric ulcer:The treatment group was lower than the control group, but the difference was no significant (P>0.05).Conclusions.-The TXYF variation with RS has reliable efficacy, low recurrence rate, little side effect, safe and reliable on treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency GU. The role of the mechanism may be play a therapeutic role by regulating cytokine levels.
