Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Vertebral Basilar Artery Insufficiency Vertigo With Taohong Siwu Decoction And Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined With Conventional Western Medicine

Objective:To explore the effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined routine therap Clinical efficacy of 52 patients on vertigo due to vertebral basilar artery insufficiency (VBI)Methods:104 cases of patients,suffering from the vertigo due to VBI in the central hospital of Shaoyang were selected from July 2013 to August 2015.The medical cases were divided into observation and contrast groups randomly, of which the number of cases was 52. The observation group were taken Taohong Siwu Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined routine therap as the treatment, patients in the control group were used conventional western medicine treatment, observing the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome integral,results of TCD and hemorrheology of these two groups.Results:The total treatment rate in the observation group was 92.31% and the contrast one was 76.92%. The comparison differences between the two groups had significance in terms of statistic(P<0.05); the dissimilarities of TCM syndrome integral of the two had sense of statistics, as well. (P<0.05).The physics and chemistry index like TCD hemorrhage had improved to an extent. Therefore,the index of the observation groups was better than the contrast one.Conclusion:Adopting Taohong Siwu Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined routine therap as the treatment in vertigo patients with VBI,in which way could raise the treatment rate,reduse these symptoms, and Improved blood rheology and TCD index.Therefore,it was well worth spread.Adopting Taohong Siwu Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined routine therap as the treatment in vertigo patients with VBI,through the observation group compared with the control group,both of them had improvement in TCM syndrome integral,results of TCD and hemorrheology.The conclusions can be reached:1.in both way could raise the treatment rate,but the observation group was better.2.the TCM syndrome integral of the observation group was lower than the control group and before,effectively improved the symptoms of dizziness, nausea and vomiting.3.the results of TCD of the observation group was better than before,and the improvement effect of the observation group after treatment was better than the control group.4.the results of hemorrheology was better than before the treatment,and the improvement effect of the observation group after treatment was better than the control group.In conclusion,adopting conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine as the treatment in vertigo patients with VBI,could improve the clinical efficacy of patients,and the clinical effect was significant...
