The Research Of Jilin Province's Forestry Industry Based On Circular Economy

In recent years, human beings are enjoying the dividends of economic growth, but at the same time, facing resource depletion, environmental pollution, ecological destruction and other issues.How to resolve the contradiction between economic growth and environmental protection has become a major topic of widespread concern in the world.As a new economic growth model, circular economy following the "reduce," "reuse" and "recycle" principles, emphasizing repeated recycling of resources, in order to achieving minimization waste emissions.Forestry industry is an indursty of economic, ecological and social benefits, in the perspective of circular economy of forestry development strategy of the forestry industry to improve the efficiency of utilization of resources, promote clean production and forestry guidelines towards the entire forestry industry efficient, energy-saving direction.In recent years, Jilin Province's forestry industry output appears upward trend, the three major industries of forestry has great development potential, but the forestry industry structure has to be optimized.By constructing forestry industry evaluation index system of circular economy, obtaining the total score between Jilin forestry industry cycle of economic development from 2003 to 2013.Although the overall composite score on the rise, but the forestry cycle of economic development in Jilin province are still has obstacles:small efforts to protect forest resources,low utilization efficiency of resources forestry industry,short forestry industry chain.On the basis of learning from the advanced experience of Guangdong Province and Zhejiang Province,This article proposes many recommendations,such as:increasing forest resources and conservation efforts;improving resource utilization efficiency of forestry;extending forestry ecological chain.
