While the people's material life has been greatly enriched by the acceleration of chinese industrialization process, a huge waste of resources and the deterioration of the ecological environment has been caused too. Environmental issues are bombing: air pollution, water pollution, food contamination and so on, all aspects of people's life has been surrounded by pollution. As people's awareness of green consumption gradually increased, the government's attention to environmental protection issues been powered and the green trade barriers on the international market gradually strengthen, companies were urgent to change the high pollution and high consumption development mode, so as to realize sustainable development of the company, society and even the whole ecological environment.In this paper, on the basis of the theory of competitive advantage, contact green management theory, analyzing the source of green competitive advantage, build the model of green competitive advantage. Firstly, analyzed the external drivers of competitive advantages which achieved by the enterprises' green management, these factors include government regulation and regulatory controls, market demand and industry competition. Then analyzed the inner sources of green competitive advantages; Cost advantage, differentiation advantage, image advantage and innovation advantage are important sources of enterprises' green competitive advantage. And analyzed the relationship between the internal and external factors carried out. Demonstrated the possibility of obtaining green competitive advantages through the implementation of green management.The generation of green competitive advantage is a dynamic process. The basic path is that in the induction of green business opportunities enterprises implement green management. Improving the ability and forming green brand of the enterprise through a series of green activities and innovation activities. Green brands on the one hand increases the intangible assets of enterprises, thus make enterprises access to healthy relationships with stakeholders easily; On the other hand, the expand of company's green reputation can increase the enterprise's green competitive advantage.At the same time, only with certain conditions what named time effect and management effect, can companies' formed green competitive advantage gradually. Thereby demonstrate the inevitability of enterprises getting green competitive advantage through effective long-term management of green.On the one hand, analyzing the conditions of the green competitive advantage formed- time effect, points out time will be taken before the green competitive advantage coming out; Demonstrate that time is just a necessary condition to obtain green competitive advantage. On the other hand, through the analysis of the condition of green competitive advantage —management effects, indicating that not all companies which implied green management will get green competitive advantage definitely, only those implied effective green management and established the core green competitiveness can get green competitive advantage. Further analyzing the items of effective green management: establish green management, green business process management, technological innovation, cultural construction, point out the effective green management is sufficient condition to get green competitive advantage.Finally, analyzes the case of a famous corporate in Henan province named Haoxiangni Jujube Co. Ltd. On the one hand, analyzing the external drives and the internal sources of green competitive advantage of it; On the other hand, analyzing the generation process of green competitive advantage of it. Not only demonstrates the conclusions of this, but also support other companies to imply effective green management and get green competitive advantages.
