Sustainable development has become the current trend under serious worldwide environmental problems and resource tightening. In this context,"Green Management" became an important "Management paradigm" for enterprises to cope with environmental crisis and practice energy conservation. Green management was an important way to deal with external threats and improve their internal management to enhance the competitive advantage. Many companies, forced to stakeholder pressure and corporate social responsibility, had implemented green management, which was a "passive green management" and not conducive to the implementation of green management from a strategic height to promote their competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between green management and competitive advantage by normative and empirical analysis.In order to achieve research purpose, this paper held the view that green management can help companies to bring cost advantage, differential advantage, the image of excellence and innovation advantage from the theoretical analysis. At the same time, this paper built the theoretical concept model of the relationship between green management and competitive advantage. According to theoretical studies, this paper pointed the research hypothesis and built the underlying assumptions model from an empirical point of view. Besides, it obtained first-hand research data through questionnaires. After that, it used empirical research methods, such as linear structural equation and multiple regression equation, to explore the relationship between corporate green management practices and competitive advantage. The empirical results showed that:the assumptions that green management put a positive role in promoting competitive advantage were all supported. Among them, environmental performance is the most significant factor and cost savings played the greatest impact to enhance competitive advantage, Finally, the paper, based on the integrated full text research and combined with the current situation, constructed "competitive green management" for enterprises to implement green management and enhance their competitive advantage.
