Research On The Key Factors Of Building Industrialization And Informatization's Fusion In China

Since the 90 s of last century,as the emerging power of global development,informatization brought a new round of prosperity and development for the global economy,the use of information technology becomes the important means of promoting economy and comprehensive development of society in countries all over the world.The development of China's building industry is facing serious challenges and rare opportunities,the building industrialization creates important conditions for realizing green,efficient and sustainable development by its design standardization,component parts,building machinery and scientific management features,and informatization creates conditions for building industrialization achieving management standardization,process standardization,production efficiency and scientific decision by its high knowledge,high technical operation and high intelligent characteristics,thus promoting the fusion of building industrialization and informatization has become the important choice and urgent need to achieve the transition upgrade for China's building industry's development.This paper bases on the research of the development overview of China's building industrialization and informatization and lots of literatures,creates a new fusion factor framework from three aspects of macro environment,intermediate industry and micro enterprise,the macro environment contains four factor indexes,such as policy guidance and so on,the medium industry contains two factor indexes,such as development level of information industry and so on,the micro enterprise contains seven factor indexes,such as enterprise consciousness seven and so on,and conducts the in-depth analysis of the various factors' connotation.Then adapts the Delphi method to get the reliable data respect to the degree of importance of each factor,and then construct and calculate the judgment matrix,on the bases of the consistent test of the judgment matrix,calculates the value of the comprehensive weight of various factors.According to the size of the comprehensive weight values,getting the various factors sort.Considering the size distribution of each factor,this paper selects 0.1 as the standard of the factors,and takes the factor whose comprehensive weight value is greater than 0.1 as the key factor,thus gets four key factors of building industrialization and informatization's fusion in China,respectively as the policy guidance role(0.169),enterprise attention degree(0.160),enterprise personnel system(0.126)and enterprise perceptions(0.106).Finally,based on the research results,this paper puts forward 4 countermeasures and suggestions and states the inadequacies and follow-up research prospects of the study,to provide reference and guidance for promoting the fusion of building industrialization and informatization in China.
