Efficiency Measurement And Influencing Factors Of The Informatization And Industrialization Fusion In Jiangxi Province

Vigorously promote the deeply fusion of industrialization and informatization is thoroughly implement the report of the 18 th National Congress of the communist party of China, taking the new path of industrialization which has Chinese characteristics, the important measures to promote the transformation and upgrading of industry. The deeply fusion between informatization and industrialization(hereinafter referred to as the "two" deeply fusion) is the fundamental driving force to realize green development, the intelligent development and innovation of the development for our country under the global competition background. In 2015, a brand new generation of information technology innovation becomes more significant, besides the "two" deeply fusion driven effect further. Therefore, measuring and evaluating of the "two" deeply fusion level in Jiangxi province has very important practical significance.This article is divided into six chapters, the first is about the discussion of the measurement theories and methods based on the domestic and foreign literature summary on the basis of existing theoretical research and practical experiences; Then based on the research background of the provincial “two” deeply fusion, explains the connotation of the “two” combination, level and significance, as well as the phases of the “two” fusion, and understands the theoretical basis and practical basis of the “two” fusion; Thus, in this paper, using factor analysis method to construct provincial “two” deeply fusion measurement index system, and explain the basic principles of the factor analysis in detail, then carry on the empirical analysis in Jiangxi province and the country by using 2003-2012 data based on the method to explain the function of the various indicators about the deeply fusion of “two”; Then, based on the above results, using the compound coordination degree model to analyze the “two” deeply fusion index system, building up the “two” deeply fusion efficiency evaluation model to measure the fusion degree of Jiangxi province and the nation, and carry on the comparative analysis, to find out the difference between Jiangxi province and the overall level of nation; Then, based on the above empirical analysis and using SPSS18.0 software to analyze the influencing factors of Jiangxi province by linear regression analysis, finding out the most important indicators; Finally, from the angle of the important influencing factors, according strategic choices and policy advices to upgrade the integration level of the “two” deeply fusion in Jiangxi province.The paper concluded that: through the results of the empirical analysis show that the “two” deeply fusion level in Jiangxi province has gradually trended to the overall level of the “two” deeply fusion of the nation. Improving the level of the “two” deeply convergence in Jiangxi province, becomes the most important strategic target of Jiangxi province to realize the rise in central China. From the empirical analysis also shows that to improve the informatization level of enterprises in Jiangxi province is particularly significant to drive the whole industrial economic effects. Therefore, this article finally proposed the Jiangxi province to improve the level of the “two” deeply fusion, must be to improve the informatization level of enterprises as the basis.
