With the development of the basic theory of wireless communication technology and the application of intelligent manufacturing in the pneumatic field,the research of wireless technology used to pneumatic industry is becoming more and more popular.But the communication environment of the pneumatic industrial site is special and complicated,the number of communication nodes is large,the data transmission random,data conflict rate is high,coupled with the strict requirements of the Real-time data transmission.Therefore,it is urgent and valuable to study the reliability and conflict of high-speed wireless communication.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of wireless communication in pneumatic industry,this paper sets up a wireless communication network based on NRF24L01.To improve the reliability of communication and suppress network conflict,a thorough study is made,and the main contents are summarized as follows:(1)Due to the requirements of pneumatic high-speed wireless communication system:low-time delay,low power,high reliability and so on,design the wireless communication network technical solutions.And complete the selection of the wireless module,master chip,and the construction of hardware circuit,the construction and test of the software development platform.(2)Through the definition of wireless communication protocol,complete the wireless transmission function between single nodes.And combined with the actual demand of pneumatic industrial wireless communication,derive and calculate the best data frame length.The simulation results show that the data transmission reliability can be improved by using the communication mode of the continuous automatic repeat request protocol.(3)Compares the features,advantages and disadvantages of random retreat and priority retreat.Set the slave nodes in the wireless communication network to different priorities,use priority retraction combined with the BEB machine's algorithm to suppress the network conflict.(4)Based on the hardware experiment platform,test to verify that the delay of the single node communication is satisfied with the project requirement.For multi-node networks,compare and test the delays of the priority retreat algorithm.This article customized network communication protocol based on NRF24L01,a reliable data packet transmission between single nodes is implemented,and a star-shaped communication network is established,and the network communication is realized.In order to suppress the network conflict,this article use the priority retreat algorithm,the communication reliability has been effectively guaranteed,which has practical reference value...
