With the rapid development of pneumatic technology, pneumatic system application range more widely, high-speed wireless pneumatic system in demand is also growing. The timeliness of data transmission is strictly required by pneumatic system. Therefore high-speed wireless communication is not only reflected in the communication rate, but also the communication delay of the request. So it is very important to study the high-speed wireless communication for pneumatic system.Based on the research of common high-speed wireless communication technology, the pneumatic system of high-speed wireless communication is studied, and the main research contents are as follows:1) Determine the technical path of high-speed wireless communication. The paper analyses the wired transmission of pneumatic system. Frist technical indicators are identified, including the communication delay, communication speed and communication module installation and so on. The characteristics, which including the transmission speed and delay, of several common wireless communication technology are studied. Then a custom protocol of high-speed wireless communication technology path is adopted.2) Design the software and hardware of high speed wireless communication in pneumatic system. First of all, the paper analyzes the reason that causes communication delay and each part that reduces communication delay. Secondly the hardware is designed by Altium software, and the software is designed by KEIL development platform. And then the monopole antenna is designed and analyzed by HFSS simulation software which can verify feasibility of the antenna. Finally the hardware and software of high-speed wireless communication are established.3) Test and Simulation of single node high speed wireless communication. First a large number of experiments are done to the single node communication. The result shows the communication delay with different communication distance. Next the paper research it deeply connected with OPNET. Then, in order to improve the communication efficiency and reduce the communication delay, the antenna structure is optimized by HFSS. Finally the paper adopts PCB antenna with inverted F.4) Test and Simulation of high-speed wireless communication in multi-nodenetwork. First, the common network structure and network level are analyzed and studied. Secondly, the multi-node network protocol is designed according to the characteristics of NRF24L01. Then the communication delay of multi-node network is tested, and the results are consistent with the test results of single node. But occasionally, the delay of whole network increases, and the phenomenon of the sharp increase in time delay shows that there are a lot of conflicts in the network. Then, in order to reduce the network conflicts, the paper establishes a mathematical model of the network conflict by custom back-off protocol algorithm. Finally, OPNET simulation shows that back-off algorithm obtained good results in solving the network conflicts.
