Mobile phones communication has emerged many problems on new technologies under the wireless coverage circumstance along high-speed railways. This paper analyzes that mobile communication of high-speed railways generated new technologies problems such as Doppler frequency shift, switching frequency, location update and so on. About these problems and wireless scenes, the author focus them to conduct analysis and research in order to solve some phenomenon like as low rate of call completion and high rate of drop call after speed-up of railway. Through formulating the measures of expanding cell’s the coverage area of the mobile station, extending the dwell time of a cell, and increasing the overlapping coverage of the neighboring cells and so on, this thesis gives the suggestions to optimization the existing GSM network and TD-SCDMA network, then improve the network quality. This thesis also plans the GSM network, TD-SCDMA GSM network transmission and network structure of Shantou section of Xiamen-Shenzhen high-speed rail network, considering the wireless network environment. This thesi s puts forward a proposal for the comprehensive construction including mobile network, feed line, tower, power and so on.
