China has very rich marine resources as a coastal country with a coastline of 18,000 kilometers.Nowadays,various resources are decreasing.on the other hand,people need more and more resources.At this time,ocean exploitation comes into people's horizon.China as a great country with marine resources will not miss this opportunity,and ocean exploitation will be an important plan for the future economic development.Underwater positioning technology as one of the key technologies of ocean exploitation,all countries in the world spare all effort to develop it.This paper has some investigation about short baseline positioning technology which is commonly used,designing and implementing a short baseline positioning system receiver digital acquisition processing circuit to fix positions of submersible model in the process of underwater navigation performance testing analysis in the pool.The hardware part of short baseline positioning system receiver includes short baseline array consisting of primitive elements,multi-channel conditioning circuit,synchronous beacon circuit.In the theoretical analysis part of this paper,the process of orthogonal reception and threshold detection is verified by MATLAB software simulation,and the threshold detection parameters are determined.Considering the influence of “H” wave on threshold detection algorithm and the influence of time measurement error of pulse signal frontier decision,this paper proposes a corresponding improved algorithm.Finally,a set of low cost and reasonable receiver digital circuit system is completed.The software algorithm and program design part realizes functions of signal acquisition,orthogonal reception and threshold detection and calculates the signal transmission time difference.After the design of the receiver digital circuit system and the software algorithm are completed,the functional units are tested separately to verify the effectiveness of the system design.
