Enterprise Standardization Office PC Terminal Standardization Project Construction And Implementation

With the rapid development of high-tech information technology,companies have gradually become office system information.It is because of the rapid development of information technology,as well as varying levels of computer personnel,the standard is not uniform among the various subsystems,resulting in a lot of problems due to the terminal configuration errors caused in the course of business systems.This thesis aims to study the standardization of terminal application technology-related fields,and business units to develop customized standardization auxiliary terminal applications,providing strong support for enterprise IT management and application services.Papers from the perspective of applied research point of view,on the basis of economic,operational and technical feasibility analysis,object-oriented analysis and modeling methods,the actual business needs of functional and non-functional analysis;detailed design of the system architecture,content modules,databases and applications;and finally using C / S structure,using C # language,based on the.Net framework,combined with the SQL Server database system functions are implemented and tested.IP address of the system to achieve the terminal specifications,the terminal host name specification,terminal security standards,plug-in system specifications,specifications browser settings and other functions.Through testing and use of the program in line with the original design requirements,to achieve the enterprise office applications,desktop terminals standardization purposes.
