| With the development of e-Government, the importance of standardization becomes more and more obvious. Because of the lack of unitive layout, most of the e-Government application systems are not unitive, they can't communication to each other well and become "isolated information nodes", and so we can't develop our information project very fast due to the waste of much information resource and the low efficiency. So the establishment and perfect of the standardization system of e-Government which is according to the fast development of e-Government are the first tast of the constructure of out e-Government. Standardization is the base of the constructure of out e-Government, which can join each operation tache very well and is the precondition of the communication, share of information, and cooperative workof our e-Government.XML is the standardization for data format and data exchange which is lodged by W3C. XML and its correlational technology provide a new method for solving the problems which are in the development of constructure of out e-Government and developing e-Government. The paper will analyze the current reaserch status about e-Government standardization, and rearch the framework, technology and realization of the data exchanging system for e-Government which is based XML.In addition, bringing the standardization to the practice is an important tache in the progress of the establishment of e-Government standardization. The research of e-Government standardization is facing the problems of validating standardization, testing standardization and evaluating standardization. At present, there is little conformance test application in e-Government, and there is no normal testint approach for the current standardization. In 2003, the leaders of national information committee had suggested to set up the environment of validating and testing of standardization at the conference of national e-Government standardization.Conformance test of standardization supply a good way for the executing of standardization, it can decide whether a product is according to a standardization or not by using a suit of test tools. At the same time, it also can improve the performance, in-operate ability and the competition of a product. So, the research of conformanctest criterion and the constructure of public testing environment for e-Government standardization are the primary work in the progress of the establishment of e.-Government standardization. The paper gives the first research of conformance testing technology for e-Government standardization and the design of conformance testing system for the data standardization which is based on XML.The paper will introduce the basal concept of e-Government technology;analyze the current reaserch status about e-Government standardization, the data exchanging technology which is based on XML and the technology of conformance test of standardization for e-Government;introduce the intention and meaning of the paper. After that, the paper will introduce two useful standardization system: XML technology standardization system and Web Service standardization system;introduce the consult model of current e-Government technolofy, including flat of basal framework, important service and the framework of application. And then, the paper will analyze the application of data exchanging standardization based on XML for e-Government;introduce the flat constructure of data echanging;research arithmetic of the mapping between XML Schema and Relational Schema keeping semantic restriction.Then, the paper will introduce the basal concept, test method, test flow and management flow of conformance test. After that, it will introduce the design and realization of ECTS, including the main aim, test content, test flow, logic structure and the physical structure of the system. At the end, it will introduce the realization technology, including the establishment of test template, the design and realization of test tools and so on. |
