With the rapid development of Internet and modern information technologies, especially the e-government application, the traditional records and archives management is transiting to the modern one. There are many substaintial theoretic and practical problems need our serious research,E-records management in e-gov environment is a systemic task that needs mutual communication and cooperation with other systems. A rational and opening standardization system should be designed, which is the base and the guarantee of efficient e-gov. On the other hand, the theoretical and practical research of e-records management standardization can improve the standardization and modernization level of e-gov. Therefore, the complex degree of records handling will be reduced while the use rate of e-resource will be increased.The paper is mainly focusing on three topics, including the architecture of modern e-records standardization system, applied mode of ISO9000 standard system in e-records management, and developmental strategies of e-records management in e-gov environment. The results are following :The paper brings forward a new angle of view. The new joint point tries to discuss the relationship, the use and the effect of the standardization enterprise and the e-gov and the records management.The paper tries to do research from the practice. The records standardization ine-gov environment is involved in many problems such as standards propagandizing, records management standards' system, the control of the management system and so on. The paper discusses the related theories from the practical procedure.The paper pays highly attention on international standards, meanwhile considers the practical situation of our country. It also analyses the different ways of use international standards, such as identical, modified and not equivalent.
