The Study And Application Of User-defined Report System In The Qianjiang Branch Of The PBC

As a measure of information organization and analysis,report is an important part of enterprise and government information system.With the development of global economy,e-commerce,e-government information data required in the depth and breadth has greatly expanded,they need a report system which can effectively carry out the data of the information organization and display and effectively organize,browse analysis,processing,output data.In the traditional report system,the data storage,the style,the data source and the data relationship and so on are mostly in the design system curing in the system code.Once the report has been changed,the need for two developments,will seriously affect the versatility and flexibility of such reporting systems,its maintenance costs will be greatly increased.Found in the economic and financial reports research of Qianjiang Central Branch of the People's Bank of China statements,the statements of a wide range of sources,different formats,covers a great range,data dependence relation between the reporting unit.Moreover,there are special cases that data reporting tables have some relationship within tables between check verification and calculation.Statistics reports exist for multiple data sources.It is difficult to solve these problems by the way of user-defined reports.And it is necessary to carry out the development of the traditional report tools.Based on the above reasons,this paper starts from the analysis of the requirements of the report,through the basic idea of software engineering to complete the design and implementation of report tools,and finally realize it.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the background and significance of the research,and briefly introduces the research and present situation of the domestic and foreign report tools.(2)This paper introduces the concept of report and report tool,and expatiates the knowledge points such as report data model,relational database,relational model,relation algebra and SQL,and development technology.(3)According to the economic and financial data in the investigation Qianjiang Central Branch of the People's Bank of China report found that its special case exists in the report data and statistics,combined with the table layout style,data source and data,the basic principle of using XML,relational algebra and relational database technology,This paper designs an user-defined reporting tool with a certain universal,and gives the logical structure.The user can customize the style of the reporting table and the statistics table.The users can customize the style of the reporting table and the statistics table.And they can use the virtual field to achieve the report when the check,calculation relationship and the binding of multiple data sources of the statistics tables in one dimension and two dimension tables.(4)Based on the analysis,design,implementation and testing of the economic and financial database system of the Qianjiang Central Branch of the People's Bank of China,the paper has successfully applied the user-defined report tool as a subsystem to the actual application project.
