Virtual reality interactive technology is the key technology to create virtual world.It can create an environment which is difficult or impossible to be approached in real world,such as dangerous environment and micro environment,and roam in this environment arbitrarily.Industrial production environment throughout a variety of risk factors,and employees actually work must also enter this environmental learning,practice.In order to reduce the risk of accidents,it is entirely possible to use virtual environment instead of part of the real environment for staff training.In this paper,the significance,future development and application prospect of virtual reality technology are analyzed in detail,and the status quo and significance of virtual reality technology in continuous casting automation control are also analyzed.This paper has studied the selection of related tools,the construction of interactive scenes,the design of system functions,the acquisition and processing of data signals of control systems,the data communication of interactive systems and control systems,and the control of automation equipment.According to the current actual situation of continuous casting production training in the steel industry,the system functional scheme is designed.The characteristics and application of SCM technology and PLC technology are analyzed comprehensively.A reliable SCM system is designed as a bridge between the interaction system and the control system,which is used to detect the control system status signal and send the control command.And according to the actual situation of the PLC control system to achieve the experimental program for future system upgrades to lay a good foundation for expansion.Finally,a set of human-computer interaction system is designed to meet the requirements of enterprise practice,training and pre-job training,and the user can complete the operation and control of related automation equipment through virtual space.This paper presents a method to construct a interactive system with training and automation equipment control function by using virtual reality technology,SCM and PLC hardware technology.The design scheme and related technology are universal,not limited to continuous casting automation control System,which is of great significance for the application of virtual reality technology in related industries.
