WiFi, as a wide range of deployment, low cost of wireless access method, has become the main way of cellular network traffic offloading. However, the traditional way to manually switch the network will bring a long delay, so how to realize WiFi network automatic authentication is a serious challenge of WiFi offloading. At the same time, the performance of WiFi still need further research. Based on this, this paper mainly studies the following three questions.First of all, this paper proposes a traffic offloading architecture based on Hotspot 2.0 for the disadvantages of traditional WiFi networks in terms of ease of connectivity and security, so that users can automatically and securely connect to WiFi networks.Secondly, this paper studies the performance of time-delay WiFi traffic under strict load protection, and puts forward the analysis model of queue model and finite length 2D Markov chain with hesitation, impatience for customers and system failures. The relationship between the load rate and the queue length, the user request arrival rate, and the WiFi service rate. Finally, aiming at the difference of tolerance of different business latency, this paper studies the performance of delay WiFi traffic in multi-service case. In this paper, a preemptive multi-priority queue model with impatient customers and system failures is established. The state transfer process of 3D Markov chain fuses service is used to finalize the load shedding ratio of each priority traffic Average delay and WiFi acquisition rate, user request arrival rate and WiFi service rate between the mathematical relationship.
