With the continuous increase of intelligent terminal equipment and upgrading of communication technology,cellular data have witnessed explosive growth.One of the reasons for the cellular traffic pressure lies in that the same data are repeatedly downloaded,which can be reduced through cooperative downloading.D2 D based traffic offloading technology can reduce the cellular pressure,improve the user data access experience,and provide better services.Therefore,this paper studies the cooperative downloading traffic offloading scheme based on D2 D.However,cooperative downloading schemes still have some following problems: first,the process of cooperation in data distribution does not take into account the energy efficiency;second,although some incentive mechanisms have already existed in the download stage,there is no incentive mechanism in the cooperative downloading scheme.The main contribution of this paper lies in the following three points:1.The data is downloaded from the cellular network by the group header,and then it's distributed within the group.Existing schemes use star transmission mode,but the performance,including download time and system throughput,aren't sufficiently good,so the chain transmission mode within the group is proposed.At the same time,the corresponding energy consumption expression in the data downloading process is modified.Finally,the simulation results show that the scheme can effectively improve the energy efficiency and provide more download time and higher system throughput.2.The existing incentive scheme cannot stimuliate users to participate in traffic offloading process and meanwhile forwarding data.This paper proposes the integrated incentive mechanism,and applied this to the cooperative data download scheme,which incentives users to participate in traffic offloading process through reverse auction and encourages users to forward data through reward and charge policy.Finally,the theoretical analysis,about each stakeholder obtained benefit shows the feasibility of the program.3.In the reverse auction process,operators need to know the users' offloading potential.In this thesis,different forecasting models are proposed for D2 D network and Wi-Fi network,and the prediction model is compared with the actual value obtained by simulations.Thus,the user's offloading potential can be derived from different prediction models.
