The Internet has become the fourth medium of communication, in the "Internet plus" and eyeball economy era, a huge amount of information can easily be accessed and shared on the Internet platform, it has become a trend that Internet media can be applied to traditional industries to promote its healthy development.Recognizing the importance of the spread of the Internet media, the spread of wudang martial arts as the world's outstanding cultural heritage,in an era that full of opportunities and challenges, in this paper, based on the wudang martial arts "key words" search results related to quantity of Internet communication,the communication platform involves website, WeChat,weibo and APP and derivatives of online sales,we understand that currently the Internet communication of Wudang martial arts has been a certain attention but lack of effectiveness.To further analyze the advantages and dilemmas of the use of Internet media in Wudang martial arts, the advantages mainly reflect in the rapid increase the number of Internet users and the penetration rate of Internet users, they provide a base guarantee for communication;the breadth and depth of communication can be extended;deepen the further development of industrial chain., the dilemmas mainly reflect in the disadvantages of shallow reading because of the keyword search; the arbitrary of share and exchange; excessive rely on the Internet communication influence the audience's understanding of the physical beauty of martial arts;and the imbalance of the spread.It's very urgent to realize the Internet communication of Wudang martial arts under the call of the times and their own interest demands .but the Internet is not vase or applying mechanical, According to the characteristics of Wudang martial arts and the current weak points of Internet communication, we should strengthen the culture spreading of Wudang martial arts ; regulate the content of Internet communication , improve the practicability and normalization; optimize the website design, promote website video, audio and interactive column; enhance the construct of APP, micro-blog, WeChat and etc; accelerate the training of Wudang martial arts talents; carry out propaganda; train the Internet thinking of audience.
