Supervision by public opinion on different kinds of media helps the rise of internet supervision, which continues to develop and become strong. Government has shown their support to internet supervision by public opinion. The interactive between traditional media and internet will form a strong effect.The unique quality of internet, such as rapid, interaction and democratic, has filled the blank of traditional media supervision. But it just like a sword have two sides, internet supervision have its inferiors. We must keep on perfecting internet supervision by public opinion if we want to exert its positive effect.Public opinion reflects spirit outlook of a country, so the direction of public opinion is of greatest importance. We must strengthen the macro-control of internet public opinion if we want to guarantee the good development of it, since it has the property of no country right and no legal compelling. As administrative office of our country, government must take on responsibility in this aspect. Trough the means of legal,management,technique and moral, we can make full exert of internet advantage, thus we can construct a good environment of internet supervision by public opinion.The innovation of this thesis is the introduction of internet to supervision by public opinion. The good combination of these two elements can serve for the development of our country's supervision undertaking. How to make good combination of these two elements still needs to be future study.
