Traditional vehicle video surveillance system usually based on 3G wireless technology for data transmission,but due to limited bandwidth,video information and other large capacity data information is often unable to communicate in a timely manner.With the popularization of 4G technology,this paper designs a new type of vehicle monitoring system based on 4G network transmission,which is greatly improved in the speed of data transmission.Design of vehicle monitoring system mainly consists of two parts:vehicle terminal system and remote server management system.First,the selection of the cortex-a8 core arm terminal as the hardware platform and the platform equipped with Android as a mobile device operating system,realized the real-time location of vehicle and monitoring,can view the vehicle driving conditions and path,the vehicle of the whole tracking.At the server side,using the Windows operating system as the server system.Server can receive the client's upload data,stored in the MySQL database,the administrator login can be real-time monitoring of the current location of all vehicles,vehicle action trajectory analysis and video data view.In vehicle terminal and server communication,focusing on for the arm terminal completed the 4G module driver transplantation,the Android system identification of 4G module,and network to realize the function of the Internet,has laid the foundation for the communication between the terminal and the server.Finally,provided by the use of the Android API connection server monitoring service interface,through the TCP/IP protocol and socket communication.In the end,the terminal vehicle successfully sending data to the remote monitoring terminal to complete the connection between the two systems,client and server-side program whole synthesized a complete set of remote monitoring system.Through the overall debugging and testing,this paper presents the design and implementation of 4G network remote monitoring system based on meet the requirements of remote monitoring provides the feasible scheme of a set based on the Android mobile device side remote monitoring system.
