The Design And Realization Of Remote Grain Monitor And Control System Based On VPN

With rising of productivity and people living standards, domestic grain depot gradually formed a new pattern of large-scale and integrated management. Because staff of grain companies need to face the different depots in different spaces, the old gain management system can not satisfy the situation. The new system need have characteristics of remote, real-time work, integrated. In this background, the paper design remote grain monitor and control system based on VPN. The remote user use this system to finish some monitor function of grain, then upload data to remote users, and they can research grain database in location client and remote client.The system has four parts:sensors and monitor machine, location work station, VPN server, remote client. The sensors and monitor machine collect data and upload this data to remote client, location work station carry out the monitor task from remote client, VPN server establish a VPN tunnel, the remote client gain the grain data through location work station. The paper focus on these parts:location grain monitor software, the remote part of system software, build VPN server. location grain monitor software design UI, serial port software and database through MFC platform of VC6.0. The system build VPN server on Windows Server 2008 R2 system, it can establish VPN tunnel based on PPTP between different clients to ensure network connection in steady state. The remote network software program by socket based on C/S Model, the software can translate data through network in stable situation, because it use technology of network flow control and Multithreading.The system can reduce cost of network construction and support better network service because VPN technology. Remote grain monitor and control system can solve problems of unified management of large-scale grain company, and remote operation make the system work in real time, also can reduce labor intensity and improve build regional monitor network of grain. The system already became a development trend of grain.
