Design And Implementation Of GIS And Digital Grid Community Based Management Information System

Innovating social management is the key point to the construction of the harmonious society.Community is the basic unit of the society and the main space of people's lives.Therefore,how to improve the level of community management,enhance community service quality and build a harmonious community is the important foundation for the construction of the harmonious society.With the continuous development of urbanization,urban population is increasing.The huge floating population proposed a big challenge to the traditional community management modeandthe level of community services.A large number of social contradictions and interest conflicts continue gathering indifferent communities.Disadvantages of Traditional community management pattern are increasingly obvious;the backward management means,the extensive mode of management,low work efficiency are unable to meet people's growing demand for public service and management in the urban community.Based on the previous researches on digital community management information system,the author integrates the related research results of grid management technology and community management philosophy,defines digital community management technology,grid management,and introduces the technology to develop this system in details.The grid management mode need by the community management system is deeply researched in this paper,including grid management architecture,organization system and evaluation index system.From the view of demand analysis,database construction,system coding,the author discusses the methods and techniques in all stages of the system testing in this paper.The system is based on the component GIS secondary development technology and spatial database technology,embedding ArcGIS Engine10.0 in the visually integrated development environment visual Stutio 2010.The system is Using C#language and attributes data that is related with relational database SQL Server 2010 storage and management to build all the resources within the community.In this way,the system realizes the digitalization and informatization of the community management and finally realizes grid community management.In the last part of the paper,the author shows functions of information query,community-based information registration,query analysis,spatial analysis and other functions in the community management information system in order to achieve the goal that data information,combined with maps,charts and text can be showed in spatial information in the community.The author introduces the concept of grid management into the management of community daily affairsinnovatively,breaking the traditional management pattern of community and "regional separation"realizing the integration of resources and information sharingso as to realize the positive management and comprehensive management which greatly improves the community running speed,management and service level.The systemdevises the community population,housing information in details,which makes the community population information management more systematic,intuitive and easier to operate.The subsystem is designed to record the immigration and emigration information of the elderly in the community to realize the real-time monitoring of community population information,and the management is more efficient and humane.The system application has been carried on in Xiaolan Town of Zhongshan city in Guangdong province,which verifies the system's executable ability.Practice has proved that the system can satisfy the daily needs of community management and provide community residents efficient and convenient community services.
