Human development has entered the "E" era, especially in the era of information and large data, the various disciplines of research on the database to further deepen the dependence. Although the domestic and foreign established a large number of large-scale,comprehensive database, domestic databases such as CSSCI, CNKI, Wanfang, Weipu, foreign databases such as SCI, SSCI, Scopus, Derwent, etc., but because these comprehensive database covers various disciplines, The amount of data stored in the database is huge, so that the researchers in the search for a particular research topic, often get thousands of search results, in these search results, there are many unrelated information. Therefore, how to eliminate these impurity information to meet their needs to meet the key, high value of information, has become the focus of attention. In order to solve this problem, this paper takes "Big Data" as an example, and uses the relevant literature data of SCI-EXPANDED, SSCI and A & HCI as the empirical data sources to classify and compare the function of the commonly used software, especially in the same subject data In order to analyze and compare the common and individual aspects of statistical methods, such as analytical method, analytical process, operation principle and analysis result, which are similar functions. The necessity of this paper is as follows: (1) To comprehend the software and software commonly used in the analysis of bibliometrics, to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of each software; (2) to propose individualized optimization suggestions for each pros and cons, and to provide reference for each subject user. Developers are advised to optimize the software. The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction. This part first introduces the research background and significance of this paper, and summarizes and summarizes the existing literatures at home and abroad, and puts forward the research ideas of this paper, studies the technical route, and explains the research contents and the main innovation points. The second part introduces the theory of bibliometrics. This part summarizes the concept and development history of bibliometric theory, introduces the basic methods and basic principles of word frequency analysis and co-occurrence analysis in bibliometric theory, and discusses the relationship between bibliometrics and social network analysis The contact. The third part is the functional classification and comparison of commonly used software. The main content of this chapter is based on the bibliometrics software function to classify the commonly used software, and carry on the comparative analysis separately. The fourth part is the empirical analysis part, also the core chapter of this article. This chapter takes "Big Data" as the empirical object, and obtains the data of "Big Data"from the Web of Science database, and makes a comparative analysis of the software commonly used in the aspects of function, extraction process and advantages and disadvantages. The fifth part and the sixth part are the conclusion and the suggestion and the summary of this article. This part summarizes the improvement suggestions and suggestions, the research contents, the research process and the research hypotheses respectively.
