Literature Visualization Analysis Based On Citespace

Objective: With the progress of science and technology and the continuous development of transgenic level,the public's attention to genetically modified crops increased.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on the public,excavated and analyzed public awareness of genetically modified crops.Through the search of the literature on genetically modified rice in the Web of science database from 2001 to 2015,the research hotspots and trends of transgenic rice were summarized.And to provide a basis for the development of transgenic rice and transgenic crops in China,so as to discover new research areas and promote the development of transgenic industry.Methods: 1.Literature review.Identify transgenic-related policies and regulations by collecting and reading transgenic literature.The basic understanding and understanding of transgenic crops and transgenic rice provides a solid foundation for this study.2.Questionnaire survey.Through the selection of 23 provinces(municipalities),a total of 4500 questionnaires were issued,after questionnaire screening and data cleaning,effective questionnaire 4306,the effective recovery rate of 95.69%.Through the questionnaire,to understand the public's attitude towards genetically modified biotechnology,the public's attitude towards the safety of genetically modified foods.3.Bibliometircs analysis.This paper analyzes the related literatures of transgenic rice in China from 2001 to 2015 through the popular Citespace software,and uses the visualization software to discover the research hotspots and research status,and summarizes the potential problems of scientific research and the emergence of potential problems.4.Case analysis.Taking "golden rice" as a case,this paper analyzes the causes of the present situation and the problems that need to be solved,and finds out the misunderstanding of the transgenic rice.Results: 1.The survey statistics,participate in the questionnaire of the public,for the general cognition of genetically modified food has a relatively low level,mainly in the following aspects,the public think GMO technology maturity is relatively low(40%),the safety of the public trust of genetically modified food is not high(30%),more than half of the consumer awareness for GM crops is relatively low,the main reason why the public concerns about genetically modified food is on the security and scientific questions.2."Golden rice" incident reflects the problem lies in how the media publicity,how to understand the public.Whether genetically modified rice is safe,whether genetically modified crops are safe,important is not safe or not,but how to correctly guide the public,how to eliminate public panic.Why study transgenic rice,because there are many unsafe sound,it is necessary to continue to study it.3.Visualization analysis on five characteristics of transgenic rice,in recent years the study of transgenic rice increased gradually,to study its safety and science deeply,and more and more close to the nature of the study,research of transgenic rice from the safety and reliability are transferred to the main types of transgenic rice and pest,how to improve the characteristics and so on.Conclusions: In this paper,through the questionnaire survey of genetically modified crops,the root of the debate,and the questionnaire survey of public risk cognition,the Citespace software was used to analyze the transgenic rice,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.The situation of public mature transgenic biotechnology pessimistic,the public is not completely trust on GM;public safety of genetically modified food that are not assured,and the understanding of genetically modified food is shallow.The questionnaire shows the public worried most factors are the safety and science of genetically modified food.2.Genetically modified rice has many advantages,but also to solve the problem of food shortage,such as genetically modified crops over the years in the development of controversy,but also because of its own characteristics to become the object of research experts and scholars.3.The visualization analysis of five characteristics of transgenic rice was carried out,especially in transgenic rice and transgenic rice.The focus of research on transgenic rice has shifted from the safe and reliable transfer to transgenic rice itself as well as the main species of pests and how to improve its characteristics.
