Research On Competitive Intelligence Service Based On China Asean Expo

Since the reform and opening,our country economy develop rapidly,The core strategy "One Belt And One Road",promote the development of the asean regional free trade,and brought significant development opportunities to enterprises.The China ASEAN Expo(hereinafter referred to as the Expo)is a platform promoting exchanges and cooperation between China and ASEAN,and an important source of information.Information from the Expo platform targeted at the ASEAN region,how to effectively use these information to realize the important value of competitive intelligence,is a question worthy of thorough consideration.According to a scholar's point of view,On the basis of revealing the information resources characteristics of Expo and the significance of the competitive intelligence service based on Expo,this paper discusses the competitive intelligence service around the Expo based on the three aspects of the provider,the users,the service content.Finding that the current competitive intelligence service around the Expo is the main topic of ASEAN competitive intelligence service,at the same time,after obtaining information from the Expo people need to get the relevant competitive intelligence service,this paper proposes to build a competitive intelligence alliance service composed of the Expo cooperation organization,meanwhile using relevant resources of the Expo to optimize the competitive intelligence services,to enable the development of competitive intelligence services at the same time better achieve the value of the Expo.
