Road networks,bearing the important role of national integration,were built on the basis of war and politics in ancient Chinese and Western urban history.However,with the rapid expansion of the urban population,the urban space boundary also spread along the road network to the suburbs,making the need for road traffic serving vehicular traffic and pedestrian traffic gradually overshadow the need for building a road serving,and accessibility transition from serving political purposes towards the daily living travel of the citizens.Under this background,the emergence and development of public transport to just meet the needs of the most extensive urban public space displacement to the greatest extent.However,with the social development and technological progress,public transport system always seems to be shocked due to the relationship between supply and demand and technology Iterations.Taking taxi industry as an example,in recent years,through efficient and convenient deployment to idle car resources achieved by Internet sharing economic,the huge investment of international capital in earlier stage,the network taxi service,Uber as the representative,steals the interest of traditional taxi Industry,while the private cars have circumvented the taxi industry's license control,which led to the dissatisfaction and protests of traditional taxi drivers around the world.This paper focuses on several landmark events in Chinese taxi market.Through literature research,discourse analysis and interviews with traditional taxi drivers,the author tries to discuss how the gradually faded traditional taxi industry,the network taxi industry depending on the new discourse of Internet sharing economy,and citizens,all of three parties,to express their legal rights about the road space.Through researching their discourse strategy,it's found that in order to compete for operating legal qualifications of road space parade,the traditional taxi industry has launched a series of space performances to show their administrative license of exclusive road parade management to government departments,capital enterprises and citizens;the UCAR Inc.,transformed from traditional rental business network,also released a series of advertisement themed as "Beat U I am afraid of illegal taxi" in Sina micro-blog,and criticized it with a series of social risks:illegal,need to be targeted.Different from the traditional taxi industry taking the authority discourse logic,citizens based on their own daily experience,consider that Uber and other network rental model not only help to avoid the suffering huge negative experience from traditional taxi riding,but also the economic model is the "future trend" under the development of technology and should supported and given preferential treatment,so as to build a set of social discourse strategy from "small" to "grand".In the end,the government departments that have the authority of Foucault's alleged "judicial truth" have passed the promulgation of administrative regulations to dispatch part of the administrative legitimacy,and declare that the network taxi based on the sharing economic model has a legal status.Unfortunately,when the threshold for taxi qualification jumps and the gradual withdrawal of capital from the taxi service,the users of network taxi service--drivers and passengers,reverts to the old cycle where traffic costs and traffic times are increasing,failing to escape from the fate of spatial colonization under the shape of politics and economy.
