Community service platform is a web-based electronic information platform.The central role of Community service platform is that combine the existing government affairs center,service outlets,property and related the supporting facilities,adopt advanced community building concept,and maintain the relevant information and analysis platform historical operating data with professional platform service staff.And commit to be a large-scale interactive platform to provide the residents with living information,government affairs understanding and consumption shopping.The platform supports four types of users are administrators,government,unit,service unit,the owners(residents).Administrators can initialization parameter settings for the platform,such as setting platform consumption formula,mail rules and so on;government units need to fill the information content for the platform,such as setting the community map,and need to maintain community related information,such as the new,modify,delete,audit community news dynamic information and so on;the service unit needs to improve its own web site pages such as hotel,can set the menu,the hotel can set the room information and so on,also need to manage the order information;the owner can browse,query information data on the platform,and can be the chief of unit work order submitted to operation,such as community property for maintenance at home in the water pipe,but also can be submitted to the service order operation units,such as orders submitted to the hotel in advance,and pay the relevant fees and so on.This paper mainly use the JSP language,using MVC development model,using eclipse development tools for development,but also the use of some of the more stable third party open source library,at the same time for the application to the development process of the JSP,JAVASCRIPT,DIV,CSS technology briefly,describes the basic principle of software engineering and the realization of.The purpose of the thesis is the community office and business entity behavior,with the help of community service platform,into the mode of electronic business affairs.
