Research On The Key Technology Of The Intelligent Manufacturing System In Die-Casting Workshop And System Development

With the rapid development of global economics,the manufacturing enterprises are facing a revolutionary change considering market environment,whose features are transforming from driven by production to driven by costumer.That makes the production mode of enterprises transform to multi-specification and small-batch production,and the difficulty of management massively increase.At the same time,science and information technology are also constantly upgrading,and with the industry 4.0 and the "Made in China 2025" plan,have been proposed,intelligent manufacturing has gradually become a new way to improve the management of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.The certain company is a manufacturing company,and the national high-tech enterprise which is facing the change of market environment and manufacturing management requirements.Moreover,based on the trend of the intelligent manufacturing system,it formulates strategic objective and development strategy of intelligent manufacturing system research and development for the company.Because of the high degree of automation and standardization,the research and development of intelligent manufacturing system of die-casting workshop is the first step to realize the whole intelligent manufacturing system in the entire company.In summary,this thesis is based on a 5-year-long cooperation program of intelligent manufacturing participated by our research group and the certain company,and mainly focuses on key technology research and development of intelligent manufacturing system for die-casting workshops of the company.The main contents of this thesis are as following:In chapter 1,nowadays' problems of the certain company are analyzed,and research background and meaning of this thesis are introduced.Then,the present state of relative researches abroad and domestic are concerned.Based on that,the overall structure of this thesis is introduced.In chapter 2,the contents of reference system of intelligent manufacturing system are studied,and the manufacturing processes and present state of organization of die-casting workshops are researched.Then,the need of intelligent manufacturing system at all levels of the reference system is detailedly analyzed,and The structure of the system is also proposed and designed.In chapter 3,aiming at the data acquisition level,analysis level and determination level of the system,the scheme of data acquisition,structure of transactional data model and analytical model is concerned and the key techniques and methods of them is deeply studied.That founds the theoretic basis of the system implement.In chapter 4,the development environment,design of data communication,database and analytical functions of the system and the implement methods are introduced.The application process of the system is illustrated with a real case of intelligent manufacturing system of a die-casting workshop.In chapter 5,the work of the thesis is summarized and future work of the research is discussed.
